Online – Zoom Session
We understand that availability may be a challenge hence we’ve made available an online rapid session which could either be a 1-2-1 or group session to help you Create and frame your organisation’s strategic plan.
Cost: £150.00 per attendee.
Duration: 4 hours rapid session.
In – Person:
Based on our experience, strategic planning is often best done in person. This ensures attendees retain a good level of engagement and participation through effective communication with each other to best facilitate the session and to capture best results. The sessions must consist of board and staff members of the organisation. In the case of small businesses, attendees must consist the senior executive.
Cost: £1,500.00 per attendee.
Duration: Two days
Our in person session are done in two dates (more dates for larger organisations):
We bring together attendees consisting of board members and staff. The objective is to involve as many stakeholders as possible (I.e, both stakeholders with influence who can influence decisions and those who can be impacted by the decisions.) in a fun way to create a strategic plan (i.e. usually a three year plan) which represents the interest at all levels of the organisation. Think of it as a team building exercise while achieving a larger objective.
We help you create a KPI which you can use and update to show progress to board members and other stakeholders.
The two day sessions should end with two to five strategic priorities for a 3 year plan, each with;
- Current State
- Future State
- Strategies to move from current to future state
- Year 1, 2 and 3 projected activities
- Who will lead each strategic priority and activity
- KPI to show progress over time with Board members and other stakeholders (which can also be shared on company websites)

Online-Zoom Session:£150.00 per attendee.
In-Person Session: £1,500.00 per attendee.

We suggest having the 2 dates spread out over 30 to 60 days (not back-to-back), however if you wish we can do dates back-to-back dates.
